Sun Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is a premier commercial and residential floor care company. Our specialties include carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning in both residential and commercial applications. Our process uses professional truck mounted hot water extraction or "steam cleaning". VLM (very low moisture) technology and portable extraction cleaning is available, depending on your specific needs. Our equipment and cleaning methods are proven to be the best in the industry. Our natural citrus based products are soap free and leave zero residuals behind, making our products safe for children, pets, and the environment. If they weren’t, we wouldn’t use them.

Are you insured?

We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home or business. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to make things right.

What about pets?

During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. The front door will be open during our cleaning.

Do you move furniture? We do NOT move furniture.

We do not move furniture. Flooring to be cleaned should be cleared prior to our arrival. Items not moved will be cleaned around. Items with metal or wood feet should not be returned until the flooring is completely dry. Estimate 6-8 hour dry time.

How do I pay you?

Cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and major credit cards are accepted. Credit/debit cards are subject to 3.5% service fee. Net 30 billing is available for commercial accounts.

How long does it take?

For estimate purposes only!! Most residential carpet cleaning jobs are done in 30-45 minutes. Most tile and grout cleaning or upholstery cleaning jobs are done in 45-60 minutes.

How much does it cost?

We have a $125.00 minimum charge for any service call. Carpet cleaning is priced by the number of rooms to be cleaned. Except for pet urine treatment, all spot and stain treatment and deodorizer is included. We do not charge extra for "deep cleaning" that's our job!. Upholstery cleaning is by piece. Tile and grout cleaning is by square foot. All commercial work is quoted in person. Apartments and offices above ground floor may be subject to a setup fee.

Please make sure the water and power services are turned on!

What other services do you offer?

Add-on services are carpet protector application (similar to Scotchgard), fabric protector application (Scotchgard), grout sealing, mattress cleaning, and area rug cleaning. Need something done? Just ask.
